Emergencies
First call 911, then call the property manager when you notice:
- Fire or the smell of gas or smoke.
- Dangerous electrical fault (exposed wires, electrical fire).
- Vandalism (in progress) to a unit, a common area or to the property.
- Attempted forced entry to a unit or a common area.
Urgent issues
Call the Property Management emergency number 613-918-0145 when you notice:
- Immediate risk to or for injury, significant damage to the property that
cause obstruction in exiting or accessing the property or your condo.
- Significant water coming into a unit or common area from a burst water pipe
or roof/window leak.
- A failure or breakdown of the electrical supply to the property.
- A failure or breakdown of the water supply to the property.
- Elevator breakdown or intermittent outage of an elevator.
- Garage door breakdown or intermittent outage of a garage door.
Routine repairs
The Property Manager should be the first person to contact for routine repairs.
For non-emergency requests, please allow a three-day response time.
